- All prices include collection and delivery within the local area or if posted then this will be charged at the “Royal Mail” first class rate or U.P.S./Securicor next day delivery rate.
- Errors in accounting must be notified within 14 days of statement date.
- Accounts settled within 15 days strictly nett.
- Surgery visits within 25 miles radius charged at £40.00 per hour from leaving the laboratory.
- All items supplied remain the property of the Laboratory until payment is received.
- The company reserves the right to remove the facility of a credit account at any time.
- The company reserves the right to check the credit rating of any client or applicant for credit.
- Eastwood Dental Services acceptance of an impression or other clinical record, without challenge normally implies that it is regarded as “fit for purpose”.
- By fitting the restauration the customer acknowledges that the company has produced the restauration to the client’s specification and satisfaction.
